Final Paper Submission

Please follow the following steps:

STEP 1. Please revise your paper carefully to address the reviewers’ comments and suggestions. FINAL SUBMISSION IS REQUIRED, EVEN IF YOU DO NOT INTEND TO MAKE ANY CHANGES TO YOUR ORIGINAL SUBMISSION.

STEP 2. The final version of the papers should be 4 to 6 pages long, MUST NOT exceed 6 pages, must be in English and using the Conference Template.

STEP 3. The appropriate copyright clearance code notice should appear at the bottom of the left column of the first page of a paper, as the accepted and presented papers will be submitted to the IEEE Xplore digital library.

· For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright

STEP 4. Only a PDF file must be submitted, which must have been generated by the IEEE PDF eXpress site (see procedure in IMPORTANT PROCEDURE & STEPS section given below). Please note that you MUST NOT change the paper number generated from IEEE PDF eXpress.

STEP 5. The final camera-ready version of your paper in PDF format must be submitted no later than July 15, 2020, 23:59 (GMT –0500) using the same login account of Easychair system via https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=spies2020

First click my submission from menu item, then select the submission number, see the right side menu and select the ‘Update File’

STEP 6. The registration & final paper uploading must be completed by July 15, 2020. Failure to do so may result in your paper from being excluded from the final conference program and proceedings. Please click this link (http://confsys.iconf.org/register/spies2020) to register for this conference.

STEP 7. IEEE copyright form is to be signed electronically or manually – a separate communication will be made on this with Authors by the conference Publication Chair. Please follow his given guideline, otherwise, the paper will not be included in IEEE Xplore.

IMPORTANT PROCEDURE & STEPS (relevant to SETP 4 – How to Make IEEE Compatible PDF):
=============================================================================

It is required that all PDF submissions be IEEE Xplore compliant. If your file does not meet Xplore compliance, it cannot be published and will be excluded from the SPIES 2020 Proceedings and IEEE Xplore. To help you meet this requirement, you must FIRST check to ensure that your PDF file is compliant by using the IEEE PDF eXpress system BEFORE you submit your final camera-ready version of pdf file.

First-time users should do the following:

1. Select the New Users – Click Here link https://www.pdf-express.org/
2. Enter the following:
· 48661X for the Conference ID
· your email address
· a password
3. Continue to enter information as prompted
An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.

Previous users of PDF eXpress or IEEE PDF eXpress Plus need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.

You have to Use PDF eXpress to check or create your PDF file. Once you have a GOOD PDF file, upload this file as your final submission.

NOTE: checking your PDF file for compliance and submitting your final paper for publication are two separate procedures. After using the IEEE PDF eXpress system for file compliance, MAKE SURE that you upload your compliant final submission through the Easychair system via https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=spies2020.
